Company Labara Ltd. has been for many years operating in the field of machining, and deliveries of plastics, composites and electrical insulating materials. The offer also includes  precise cutting and machining of plastics, plastic sheets and profiles. Cutting of electrical insulating materials, plastics, plastic sheets and profiles is connected with their precision machining. For plastics machining is the company equipped with 21 CNC machines, milling and turning machining centers, which also allow multi-axis machining of both precision machining of electro-insulating sheets, plastics, composites, metals and  machining of models, patterns and shapes. PRECISION CUTTING  AND  MACHINING OF PLASTICS, PLASTIC SHEETS AND PROFILES Precision machining of plastics, plastic sheets and profiles are possible:  milling, models and  shapes with dimension  to 1200x2400x650 mm; turning Ø320mm to length up to 1500mm and flange to Ø500mm. To ensure the precision production of exact machining of plastics, plastic sheets and profiles, the company is equipped with a 3D measuring machine and a wide range of additional measuring instruments. We offer a complete manufacturing with a surface working: nickel-, zinc-, and silver- coating.  Each  product  passes final  treatment – hand-working, in the case of electrical insulators  –varnishing of the  cutting  edges and surfaces. Our services  including precision cutting and machining of plastics, plastic sheets and profiles are certified according to ISO 9001:2009. Our precision machined  plastics, plastic sheets and profiles find an application in many fields, not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad. Engineering plastics are widely used in many fields of engineering, electro-technics, food, health and agriculture and are often suitable as a replacement of traditional materials. The advantage of engineering plastics is their high characteristic variability influenced by basic ingredients and additives. Furthermore, low weight and  easy  machinability. Our machinery and technical equipment allow us the wide range of machining. Practically  all of the machining  is done on numerically operated  machines.
