AD Aerospace is a British company, with bases in Manchester, UK, Atlanta, USA and Singapore, which designs and manufactures the FlightVu range of aerospace video products, indlcuidng state-of-the-art video security and safety systems. Applications include Cockpit Door In-Flight Security to enable the pilots to identify people requesting access to the flight deck and Cargo Hold Surveillance in passenger and freighter aircraft to detect theft from or tampering with cargo and baggage. Other systems cover general security, such as threat detection, physical security and access control, and can be used to monitor the cockpit, passenger cabin and external control services. The images from the cameras may be viewed live on an Electronic Flight Bag, Multi Function Display or dedicated monitor and recorded onto a aerospace certified video server for later analysis.
