We advice, assist and represent our clients with a personalized approach, in all sectors of intellectual property, in particular with patents, marks, drawings and models, domain name and copyrights.
We also propose our clients technological watch services in order to monitor their competitors¹ activity and we¹ll carry out prior searches.
A traditional strength of our firm is its strategic approach to industrial property, to help our client to sustainably create value.
Our clients are start-ups, SMEs, multi-national companies, public institutions and individual inventers.
We represent our clients directly in front of the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property), the OEB (European Patent Office), and the OHMI (the Office of Harmonization in the Interior Market). We also work directly in front of the German Office of Patents and Marks (DPMA). We have a network of reliable correspondents which allows us to intervene quickly and efficiently worldwide.
The IXAS CONSEIL firm is a member of the CNCPI (The National Company of Advice in Industrial Property) and the EPI (the European Patent Office) which is a guarantee for the respect of deontological rules, notably professional secret which governs the relations with our clients.
Furthermore, we are active members of the most important professional associations including the AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) the INTA (the International Trademark Association) and the LES (the Licensing Executives Society (LES).
