Finca La Pontezuela is a family owned estate and olive oil mill located in Los Navalmorales, in the “Montes de Toledo” region, whose origins date back to the late 70s. Initially devoted to sheep farming, it has developed over time and today it includes more than 400 hectares dedicated to the harvest of cereals and olives of the picual and cornicabra varieties, the latter native of the region, increasingly appreciated and distinguished for its high content in polyphenols and essential fatty acids.

The particular continental Mediterranean weather of the area, with cold winters and dry summers with high temperatures, together with the know-how and the careful care of the olive tree, combined with tradition, professionalism and the latest technical innovations, results in a unique Extra Virgin olive Oil of extraordinary quality and remarkable health attributes, acknowledged with numerous national and international awards.

The careful production of our extra virgin olive oil, from own harvest and limited production which allows us to control the entire process from the tree to the table, meets the highest quality standards. The olives are harvested early in the season at their optimum ripening moment. The oil is cold extracted within the next 24 hours after the harvest exclusively by mechanical means in order to maintain unaltered its organoleptic and healthy properties, as well as its high nutritional value. Finally, it is stored in a protective atmosphere to preserve it from oxidation and bottled upon request



The entire production process is focused on obtaining an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality.



Our extra virgin olive oils are known for their low acidity and low content in peroxides, indicative of their high content in polyphenols and essential fatty acids beneficial for our health.
