We design and manufacture high precision cutting, lapping and polishing systems which enable high specification surface finishes to be prepared with precise geometric accuracy. -The Tribo & Orbis systems for Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) delayering & planarization.
 
We also manufacture a range of Bonders, Saws & Test & Measurement equipment.
However, Logitech does not only develop & manufacture equipment, we aim to provide materials processing solutions tailored to customer specifications. Our system packages also include technology transfer, in depth training and expert after sales support.
 
Research & Development
Logitech was founded in 1965 as a spin off from research into advanced semiconductor materials processing at Glasgow University. This background in academia continues to influence the company.s ongoing strategy today. Logitech continues to play a key partnership role in many university research projects & operates an active & continuous policy of new product development and materials process development.
