is a Danish based company, specialized in production of high-grade humane food products,
and in umami meat ingredients.

We intend to produce a natural product, and not wasting any part of the animal,
But use leftovers, and minimizing food waste.
 
We, at Carnad, are focused on providing ‘clean label’ Kokumi Natural Taste Enhancers that are solely based on natural meat and seafood commodities.
These Natural Taste Enhancers are intended to replace artificial flavor enhancers in the global food industry.
