Since its inception 36 years ago in Sydney, Australia, INC has been a pioneer in Design and Build services. Our founder, Andrew C. Barkman, saw an opportunity to revolutionize the traditional fit-out market and establish D&B procurement in the region. This expansion led us to the Middle East, supporting clients in the UAE.

In 2014, Sean Nicholson joined as Managing Director (now CEO), guiding INC to become one of the country's leading Design and Build service providers. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Sean seized the opportunity to establish INC in Saudi Arabia and Africa, enabling the company to thrive as a group. This strategic move allowed us to diversify into new markets and cater to client needs beyond the UAE.

Today, INC is the only Design and Build company offering services across more than 20 countries in the Middle East and Africa. Our regional presence brings project confidence and consistency to clients and international partners. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of construction services in the UAE, KSA, South Africa, and an additional 20 countries on the continent.
